Our resident services consist of placement in maternity homes for pregnant women and childcare for their children, women's shelter, men's shelter, and youth homes for boys and girls and young adults. We offer a safe place for getting back into society while helping you get the other skills you will need to become successful upon entering back into society.
We also offer other services for the displaced in our men's shelter and women's shelter where we offer an overnight stay, and hot meals consisting of dinner and breakfast. Showers are offered and if clothing and toiletries are needed, they are given up on requests to our guests upon sign up. This is a daily repetitive service offered to individuals who sign in at the appropriate time for overnight stays.
Our ministry has a clothing closet where there are specific items of clothing a person may need. Coats, under ware, shoes, socks, etc. We are also a part of the food program that distributes food to families in need in our community. Please inquire about our services as you need them. Our maternity homes are solely for women who are pregnant or pregnant and have children. If you are pregnant, scared and confused, this is your opportunity to talk with someone about it. We assist in getting lives back on track. A little bit about our vision. Here, we are a family. Residents share in household activities, chores, learn life skills, and establish goals through an individualized plan. We have workshops and offer multi-session training to cover topics such as parenting, healthy living, career development , educational advancement, mental health screenings, stress management, prenatal and postnatal care, budgeting, child development, and we also offer and assist with adoption placement services. Building successful relationships and self sufficiency takes time and consistancy. With help you can achieve it. Transportation is provided for our residents in our maternity homes to all appointments, classes and meetings.
There are mandatory Bible study classes to attend in our programs where each resident receives a certificate of completion for each study. We strive to reach a spiritual and natural balance as our residents work toward the goal of wholeness. Inquire more about our services if you are interested in our maternity home program. Our emergency residential shelters are for men and women and children to stay overnight. We have check in at 3 PM for residents on a first come first serve basis. Dinner is served at 5 PM and beds and shower assignments are assigned at 6 pm All residents will get an appointment card to fill out an intake form. This is mandatory for all residents to continue coming on a regular basis. There is a 30 night stay period, with the opportunity to stay up to 90-nights total. We offer case management programming on case needed basis.
Women's Shelter
Provides temporary women's and children's shelter, meals, showers, and potential case management. Case management will result in an opportunity to reside in one of our women's homes,receive employment support, skill and training classes to be completed as a requirement to reside in the women's home. Men's Shelter
Provides temporary shelter, meals, showers and potential case management. There is a 30 night stay period, with the opportunity to stay up to 90-nights total. Case management will result in and meeting goal requirements. Men that have jobs, have the opportunity to stay in the dorms with their belongings. Case management with keep track of the progress of individuals who live in. Men must be 18 years and up. Contact us if you want more information.
Family Shelter
Provides temporary shelter, meals, showers and case management. Case management will help the family find permanent housing. This is a first come first serve basis and each family has a total of a 7 day stay. Every 7 days the case manager will review the family's case for progress and status. Families are to help in the search for housing as well. Contact us if you want more information.
We have a new service offered. It's our homes for displaced youth. We are housing young girls and boys age 10-18 who are not able to foster into a foster care home. It can be tough for these children so we decided that we would provide a space for them like home. This is a safe space for them to grow, learn, and develop the tools needed for success into society. We have a girls home and a boys home where there are parental figures there to take care of these children. We also offer extended youth care homes for young adults aged 19-26 who are displaced. Too old for foster care and have fostered out of the system but still need support, love and care. There is certain criteria to meet, please reach out. If you would like more information contact us.
We are here to make your life a little bit more comfortable. If you are a man, woman, woman with children, displaced youth or a family displaced, our outreach ministry has services for you. If you are a pregnant woman and displaced we have a home for you that will enable you to get on your feet and take care of you and your baby. Not sure about keeping your baby, we can help you with adoption placement services. We are working to help end this vicious cycle one situation at a time. Together we can make a difference.
